Iselin's life began in a small Swedish town. After living in a few different places early on, she moved to her current home of Stockholm in 2007. When she  was in her early 30s she found the way back to her long-lost dream and started to sing after a break of many years. Over the years she has performed in different contexts, voluntarily for less privileged groups but also at restaurants and pubs, in addition to working as a coach and HR Consultant.  She has helped a lot of people achieve and develop their professional goals and dreams. 

 
Her artist name, ´Iselin, is believed to be derived from an Irish name meaning vision or dream. Iselin took the time to study her craft in preparation for the debut of her music in 2022 on major streaming platforms. The result is her own unique sound rooted in acoustic pop and drawing influence from singers and songwriters in different genres.
